Surveyors/Engineers:

John Mantha – P.Eng, P.E.I.L.S. #36 John is a professional engineer and a commissioned Prince Edward Island Land Surveyor. He is the founder of Mantha Land Surveys and has over 40 years of experience working on various survey projects across the island.

Wayne Tremblay– P.Eng, P.E.I.L.S. #45 Wayne is a professional engineer and a commissioned Prince Edward Island Land Surveyor with over 20 years of experience. He has experience working in both the public and private sectors.

Office Staff

Don Proud Don has worked at Mantha Land Surveys since 2022 and has over 40 years of experience working in the survey industry. He is currently a CAD technician for Mantha Land Surveys.

Candice Chen Candice started working at Mantha Land Surveys in 2025 and is in charge of archiving the extensive collection of plans and files from companies such as Delta Surveys, G.I.S. Innovations and Mantha Land Surveys. She has 5+ years of experience working in the survey and construction industry in China with her father and is the owner of a Chinese patent for a surveying instrument calibration platform.

Field Crew

Adam Mantha Adam has worked with his father John for almost 20 years in the surveying industry, he is a graduate of Holland College and is a survey technician for Mantha Land Surveys.

George Potter George had worked with his father Brian Potter at Delta Surveys for over 30 years prior to starting work at Mantha Land Surveys in 2022. He attended Holland College and is presently working as a survey technician at Mantha Land Surveys.

Nolan McEwen Nolan has worked at Mantha Land Surveys since 2025 and is an IT specialist who is also training to work with the field crew. Nolan does computer repairs and server development work at Mantha Land Surveys, as well as helping in the field.
